Welding/Manufacturing Class tear down and fix up trailer.
2nd semester students step up to the task to "renovate" the trailer. Blaze Sok, Logan Kershaw and Garrett Alexander.
These guys stripped down the trailer to bare bones. The ramps were bent and in bad shape. They tore the ramps apart, straightened them out and put some reinforcement straps on them. They moved the tool box from the front, welded on a new bracket and mounted it on the left side. Logan "Fabricated" a spare tire mount and welded it to the other side. They tore off the old plywood bed and welded a new "Mesh" bed on it. In the process, they welded some reinforcement "straps" on the frame to reinforce the area where the wheels of a golf cart, riding lawn mower etc. would go.
They also took off the fenders, pounded out the dents and straightened them up. When they were done, they did a lot of grinding and sanding then repainted the entire trailer.
Here are some before and after pictures. Also pictured are the students that did the work on the trailer. Blaze Sok and Garrett Alexander. Not pictured is Logan Kershaw. Also pictured is Dom Dohmen.
These students did a great job, and we hope they learned along the way!

🌟🌟 We are hiring for the 2025-2026 school year! 🌟🌟

The fourth grade went on their field trip to Lincoln yesterday. We met with Senator Lippincott, went to Memorial Stadium, and saw lots of fossils found in Nebraska at Morrill Hall. The students really enjoyed getting to see the Nebraska History they have been learning about all year in real life.
