Twin River Public Schools

There has been some concern over the east cafeteria entrance for pick up/drop off. The school recommends students be picked up/dropped off on Park Street from north to south to avoid crossing traffic. Please only use the area next to the school for pick up/drop off and avoid parking for extended periods as this is also used for kitchen deliveries and bus loading/unloading.

Due to the projected heat/forecast, the cross country meet in Albion scheduled for Friday, September 1st has moved to a 9 a.m. start. Order of races will remain the same.

As we start hosting home activities, we encourage students to attend the events. Please be mindful that students should attend with and be supervised by a parent. Students need to behave appropriately and respectfully. Twin River Public Schools is not responsible for any student accidents or misconduct while attending extra curricular activities.

Good morning! A lot happening for Titan Athletics today--hope to see you at our events! - High School Volleyball vs. Riverside (in Genoa); "C" team begins at 5 p.m. with JV and varsity to follow - Junior High Volleyball vs. David City (in Silver Creek); 7th grade begins at 5:30 p.m. with 8th "B" and 8th "A" to follow - Softball Triangular (in Genoa) vs. Tekamah-Herman and North Bend Central. Action begins at 4:30 p.m. with Twin River taking on Tekamah-Herman. It is also Parents Night! Prior to the final game (approx. 7:30 p.m.), we will recognize the parents of our softball team. Due to rainfall in Geneva, the Fillmore Central Softball Invite has been pushed back to a 12 noon start time.

Due to changes in the Monroe bus route, pick up at the Monroe gym will now be at 7:10am with a departure time of 7:15am.

Softball reschedule update: TR v. NEN has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 2nd starting at 10 a.m. with JV followed by varsity. NEN may have a conflict with JV on the 2nd so it could turn out to be just varsity at 10 a.m. This will be shared once we know more.

Scheduling updates: - Tonight's (August 21st) JV softball games scheduled to take place in Crete have been postponed due to the weather/heat. We are looking to reschedule if possible and a date will be communicated if one can be found. - Tomorrow's (August 22nd) home JV & Varsity matchup versus NEN has been postponed due to the weather/heat. We are looking at reschedule dates and will communicate one if one can be found.

TR softball heads to the Wayne tournament today starting at 9 a.m. fresh off two big wins on Thursday! Go Titans!

TR Football will be hosting an open practice starting at 6:30 p.m. Admission is a sports drink (Gatorade, Powerade, etc.). Please come on out to support our boys! Their first game is on 8/25 at Conestoga at 7 p.m.
