Yesterday, the Twin River One Act cast and crew performed at the EHC One Act Championships. Twin River placed fourth (3 points away from 3rd) out of 8 teams competing. Many actors, actresses, and crew members were recognized for their efforts:

Congratulations to Chloe Pilakowski for being named Honorable Mention All-Conference for the 2023 Volleyball season!

The 2023-2024 basketball season will bring about a rule change that will take some getting used to by all involved. Please be patient with officials and scoreboard operators as we get used to this change.

Twin River Public Schools will be hosting a Veterans Day Program tomorrow afternoon, November 10th, 2023 at 1:45 p.m. in the big gym. The public is welcome to attend!

HS Volleyball begins sub-district play today as they take on Aquinas Catholic at 4:30 p.m. in Clarkson. As a reminder, no passes are accepted. Admission is $6 for adults and $5 for kids. If you are unable to make it to the game in person, it will be live streamed at: https://clpatsathletics.com.
With a win, Twin River would play again at approximately 7:00 p.m. against Clarkson/Leigh.

Congratulations to Delaney Reeg, Marcie Spitz, Karley Vering, and JLee Van Driel who were named first team all-conference for softball and to Emily Dohmen and Lauryn Melcher who were named second team all-conference. Well deserved honors for all! Congratulations!

High School Volleyball is on the road tomorrow for their final regular season game as they take on Nebraska Lutheran (Waco, NE). JV starts at 6:00 PM with varsity to begin around 7:00 PM.

Tonight marks the final home game for the high school volleyball team as we take on the Palmer Tigers and is also parents night for the cross country team. JV match begins at 6, followed by cross country parents night, and finally, the varsity matchup.

Junior High volleyball finished up their season today with a tournament at Norfolk High School. The A and B team both came home with a 2nd place finish at the tournament. B team ended their season with a 9-5 record and A team finished with a 13-6 record. Great season ladies!!

A few different Titan activities happening tomorrow, Saturday, October 14th:
- The Titan Marching Band competes in at the Minden Band Festival starting at 1 p.m.
- Junior High Volleyball heads to the Norfolk Junior High Tournament. Competition starts at 9 a.m. at Norfolk Senior High.
- High School volleyball heads to Clarkson for the consolation round of the EHC Tournament. Twin River will take on Bancroft-Rosalie at 10 a.m. and Madison at 11 a.m.

Due to football playoffs for Nebraska Lutheran, the volleyball game scheduled for Thursday, October 19th has been moved to Friday, October 20th at Nebraska Lutheran.
Also, there is no "C" game. JV will start at 6 pm. followed by varsity.

Twin River HS Volleyball is in action tonight at home starting at 6 p.m. against the Stanton Mustangs. The JV contest that begins at 6 pm will feature 2 sets of "C", 2 sets of JV and, if necessary, the 5th set will be JV.
Following the C/JV matchup, we will have parents night for the volleyball team followed by the varsity game.

Due to projected forecasts, district cross country has been moved up to Wednesday, October 11th. The location is still the same (Elks Country Club - Hastings, NE). Boys will run at 12:10 p.m.

Tonight, the Titan football team takes on Madison starting at 7 p.m. This is our homecoming game as well as parents night. If you are unable to make it in person, it will be live-streamed at the link below.
We will begin parents night at 6:40 p.m. Parents, please lineup near the east end zone gate to the field between 6:30 and 6:35 p.m. Freshmen will be announced first followed by sophomores, juniors and seniors.
After the game we will have homecoming coronation on the track in front of the bleachers.
