In library class last week, students read a book called “My Teacher for President” then discussed characteristics of a good leader. Each student wrote a letter to their teacher saying why they’d make a great president. Common themes were that our teachers are respectful, dedicated, and caring. They help students and are passionate about their jobs! It's a GREAT day to be a Titan! #WeAreTR

Students in FCS 7 started their unit on Child Development this week. After learning about physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development they were encouraged to "paint" their desks with pudding! The class used this activity to discuss how it relates to all areas of development as well as sensory development, the use of fine motor skills, and how it is developmentally appropriate for children and what ages it would enhance development! It's a GREAT day to be a Titan! #WeAreTR
