The Twin River Lady Titans traveled to Albion to take on Boone Central on Tuesday 12/13 and came away with a 54-29 defeat. The Titans really struggled on the offensive end early and fell behind 11-0 after one quarter and 25-5 at halftime. However, the girls played probably their best quarter of the season in the 3rd period, outscoring Boone 15 - 6 and they trailed 31 - 20 heading into quarter number four. Boone Central made some big shots to start the final quarter and pulled away for the victory.

Coach Pilakowski said, "Boone Central is a very good and experienced team who has played very tough competition this year. Their defense is the best that we have seen so our struggles were not totally unexpected. However, we were very encouraged by how we adjusted to their pressure after the slow start. Anyone who watched quarter number three would have to say these girls have improved already and have the potential to do some really great things this year."

Clara Preister totaled 9 points in the loss and Chloe Pilakowski and Delaney Reeg each had 6 points for the Titans.
