As part of the community service project, Twin River FBLA hosts an elementary walk every year. This year the officer team decided to donate the raised funds to go to the rescue squads of Genoa, Monroe and Silver Creek. Officers prepared parent letters that went out to the elementary students telling them what the walk was for and prizes if they met certain goals. The day of the walk, members assisted PE teachers in supervising elementary students to and from the track and during the walk. Money was counted and prizes were distributed. Enough money was raised to donate $1,300 to each of the community's rescue squads.
