Twin River Activities- Winter 2020-2021 guidelines

Below are the guidelines for Twin River’s winter activities. These guidelines align with State DHMs and NSAA guidelines, so when/if those guidelines change, these will be updated accordingly. These guidelines are in effect at all times for Twin River spectators, coaches, and students. For away games, all Twin River spectators, coaches, and students are expected to fully comply with any guidelines of the host school, even if they differ from our own guidelines. Thank you in advance for your cooperation as we work toward our common goal of providing extracurricular activities for our students! 

Spectators/capacity

  • 25% capacity, household members only

  • 2 household members allowed, must sit with household on marked bleachers, must maintain 6’ of distance between households

  • Visiting teams- please email a list of household members to Spencer Zysset 

  • For away games, the number of household members allowed will likely vary from school to school based on gym size

Screening, entrances, concessions, restrooms

  • Visiting teams- please self-screen your students prior to departing (link: Screening template) and turn the form in to Twin River personnel upon arrival

  • Spectators- if you are not feeling well, please do not try to attend a game! Temperatures will be taken before entering Twin River facilities

  • Visiting fan entrance- East entrance (Door B4) into cafeteria- use east bleachers

  • Home fan entrance- West entrance (Door B1) into lobby- use west bleachers

  • NO CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE

  • Restrooms will be shared between home and away fans

  • The gym will be cleared and cleaned after girls varsity basketball games

  • Spectators attending both varsity basketball games may wait in the cafeteria while the gym is cleaned

  • Varsity boys spectators arriving early will wait in the cafeteria 

Masks

  • Masks (covering both the mouth and nose) are required at all times for everyone besides active players and refs

Live-streaming

Scorer’s table, benches

  • Socially distanced spaces are available at the scorer’s table for the clock, home book, and visitor’s book (if desired)

  • Only game personnel are permitted at the scorer’s table

  • Only team personnel are permitted to be in/near the bench area

Locker rooms

  • Locker rooms will be available for visiting team’s use
